Reliability Availability Maintainability, RAM

looking at set of activities that encompass different fields, which are ultimately linked to the study of the failure, maintenance and availability of systems. We use advanced software and latest standards for RAMS and Prediction, LCC, Spares Optimization and FMEA/FMECA.

Safety Analysis

ensure safety is a vital attribute planned in the overall system based on risk, requirements, functional and criteria with goal structured objectives to yield engineering evidence to verify safety functionality is deterministic and acceptable risk in the intended operating environment. FTA, ETA, FMEA and FMECA software.

Hazards Analysis

asses the risk to identify applicable hazards, using required contractual requirements and standards for risk assessment, probabilities, likelihood of occurrence, severity definitions and safety related (MIL-STD-882) to produce HAZID, HAZOP, PHA, FHA, S&SHA,, etc. using FTA, ETA, FMEA and FMECA software.

ILS – Integrated Logistics Support

also called Product Support participates in the development or selection of design of the product to plan and develop a support. ILS/Product Support form the basis for the embryonic development of supportability engineering. The ILS goals are to Achieve lowest cost of ownership, Influence design decision for support, Identify cost drivers and develop support resources.

OEM Supportability

designed to help OEM with LCC, sparing optimization, maintenance analysis and systems assurance responsibilities against their contractual requirements.

Maintenance Analysis

monitors, collects, assemble, timing and audits data for reports and briefings. We will initiates special studies and investigations, and performs statistical analysis on your system (PM, CM, etc.). Reports findings to managers with recommendations. Informs managers of significant factors affecting the mission and tasks. Manages and operates maintenance management information systems (MIS), and performs functional system administrator (FSA) duties.

LCC – Life Cycle Cost

reflect the total cost of ownership over the life of an asset (cradle to grave) by considering system operating, distribution, maintenance, overhead, training, supply support, test and support equipment, reliability, disposal/recycling, technical data and acquisition cost.

Service Life Extension Program (SLEP)

to provide a more efficient and effective support for the aged equipment at a lower cost.  We assess the conditions of the selected systems and determines the findings required to keep your system/equipment operational for the required extended time.

Spare Optimization

offers comprehensive spare parts recommendation that fits the specific needs of mission/task to minimize down time and optimize parts stock base on total no shortage probability and availability.
